Hold bottom of Skin the Cat for 30 seconds
There will be no Option A or B today. Today’s workout is long. The rests are long between the rounds, so you will go as intense as you can for those active rounds. Score is time for each round (sorry, you’ll have to track your time yourself during the WOD)

350 Meter Row or 300 Meter Run
20 Kettlebell Swings
