Final day of August! Boooooooo!

Reminder! No Classes on Monday September 3rd!

Starting Tuesday, those of you coming to classes between the hours of 9 and 5 will be parking on the upper parking lot only. The landlord has generously allocated the 8 parking spots in the upper parking lot. If you park any where else in the parking lot, including the fire lane, the landlord will have your car towed. If they park in our upper parking lot, well I gladly have their cars towed šŸ™‚ I have a parking pass for those of you coming between 9 and 5. Check with a coach to get yours. btw, if there are no parking spaces in that upper parking lot, you will be able to park at the side of nearby roads. I’ll have a map posted in the very near future. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience.

Gymnastics Warmup

Yes! Forward Rolls and Backward Roll practice for 10 minutes! Don’t forget to use your hands properly on those back rolls or get the Tylenol ready for tonight.

Then take 30 minutes to work up a new 1RM Bench Press


On the Minute for 12 Minutes:

Odd Minute (i.e. 1-3-5-7-9-11): 5 Strict Presses

Even MinuteĀ (i.e. 0-2-4-6-8-10): Max Pull Ups Ā (any style)

Score is total reps. Post Load for Strict Press. No changing the weight after we start. Choose wisely.
