Hey everyone, a reminder once again that the PentathaWOD is this weekend. We are closing the gym after the 11am class today for the event.

Today’s WOD can be done at the 6am, 930am and 11am classes. Evening athletes are welcome to come by at 430 / 530pm classes and participate in a 5km holly hills.
