CrossFit Coquitlam The Bear

It was real hard finding relief during The Bear yesterday. Congrats to all that did it!

Weekend! Game On! Regular classes throughout the weekend with the exception of Errol’s MobWod.

Set next Saturday July 14th on your calendar for a barbeque at the gym. After the noon wod, we’ll fire up the grill, chill some bevvies and watch the CrossFit Games on a big screen. Our neighbors in Langley, Hybrid Strength has a team in the finals. Let’s cheer them on. More deets on the barbeque to come.
