This is our final Girl Benchmark today. I think all you of you got a few of these WODs under your belt. I hoping even more that you recorded your results as we will revisit the Girls immediately after the Whole 30.

10 Lunges per leg (holding a DB/KB in each hand)

10 Lunges per leg (holding a plate above your head. 45/25)
30 Double Unders

Spend 15 min working up to a 1RM OH Squat

Complete for time:
100 pull-ups,
100 push ups,
100 sit ups,
100 air squats.
