The Whole 30 is coming to a close. We will pick this challenge up again in the New Year (I for one plan on eating desserts like a slob over the holidays. How about that? A dessert diet.) As promised, we are going to revisit the same Benchmarks that we did 30 days ago to check for improvements. Man…I hoped you recorded your results 30 days ago! 😉
