Garlic Seafood & Peppers


  • 3 tablespoons of garlic
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 yellow peppers
  •  1 red onion
  • Seafood! (whatever seafood you would like) Prawns, scallops work really well.**If you are going to use frozen seafood make sure to defrost it first before cooking**
  1. Add enough coconut oil to coat pan
  2. Add minced garlic and onions
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 2 mins
  4. Add seafood and peppers Cook until seafood it cooked.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
