Garlic Seafood & Peppers
- 3 tablespoons of garlic
- 2 red peppers
- 2 yellow peppers
- 1 red onion
- Seafood! (whatever seafood you would like) Prawns, scallops work really well.**If you are going to use frozen seafood make sure to defrost it first before cooking**
- Add enough coconut oil to coat pan
- Add minced garlic and onions
- Cook on medium heat for about 2 mins
- Add seafood and peppers Cook until seafood it cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
