No Yoga Sunday at Noon. It is Saturday at 1PM.

There will be no classes Monday. With the exception of an Open Gym from 11AM-12:30PM. No set WOD. Feel free to come on in, stretch, practice and do a WOD of your choice.

Gymnastics Warmup
Practice for 10 minutes:
Handstand Hold against wall.
Freestand Handstand

For 20 minutes we will work on Squat Clean Tech. Good mechanics? Work up your weight.

135/95pound Squat clean, 10 reps
20 Box jump, 24″ box
