It’s Friday!

Some “Helen” in the rain and yesterday’s Clean and Jerk AMRAP.

Reminder #1: Regular weekend schedule including 9AM and Noon WODs on Saturday followed by Errol’s MobWod. 11AM class Sunday followed by Yoga with Spenser at Noon.

Reminder #2: Going for a hike Sunday morning at Buntzen. Taking the Dias Vistas trail. Hoping to strike out on the trail at 9AM. We should be back in the parking lot no later than 3PM. We can always adjust our route depending on how people are feeling. I’m bringing my mutt. Bring yours too along with water and a lunch.

Reminder #3: June 8th is confirmed for the Occupational First Aid course to be held at the gym. There are 7 spots left if you wish to attend. Cost is $50 and you will have your level 1 OFA cert at the end of the day. Sign-up sheet at the gym.
