Around the gym this past weekend.

The schedule fo rthe CrossFit Games (taking place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday) can be seen here. We’ll be adjusting our regular class times on these days. Stay tuned.

Today’s Workout is run in the Tabata Fashion. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. 8 rounds altogether. Today, a round will consist of 20 seconds of Muscle-ups, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds Clean and Jerk, 10 seconds rest.

Eight rounds for max reps of:
Box Dips, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
35-65 pound Clean and jerk, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

Performance

Eight rounds for max reps of:
Muscle-ups or muscle-up progressions or burpee pull-up, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
95/65 pound Clean and jerk, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

RX

Eight rounds for max reps of:
Muscle-ups, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
135/95 pound Clean and jerk, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
