So, half of North America will be obese by 2030. Not if CrossFit has anything to do with it! 1/2 America Obese? Holy cow! Consider the implications on the healthcare industry! I’m of the mind that CrossFitters only need the healthcare industry if they bust something on a box-jump or drop a bar on their head (guilty of both). The only people in the healthcare industry we should be keeping busy are RMTs and Physios. A push press a day will keep the pharmacist away!

Today is a “weight” day. I see that the main site is doing CrossFit Total. We did that one not too long ago. So….Let’s do CrossFit Total 2:

Clean, 1 rep

Bench press, 1 rep

Overhead squat, 1 rep

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.OH Squat can start from the rack or ground.

Post total weight lifted.
