Last call for the Level 1 Occupational First Aid course this Friday. It runs from 9-5. $50. Please note, we will not be running a 11AM, noon or 430PM class on Friday.

Today’s Workout:

As part of your pre-warmup; include med ball cleans, weighted lunges, handstand practice. We’ll spend a few minutes before the WOD working the hang squat clean with dumbbells and barbell.

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Hang squat clean, 10 pound dumbells (or 25-45lb barbell)
Handstand push-ups

Performance

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Hang squat clean, 35/25 pound dumbells (or 85/55lb barbell)
Handstand push-ups Progressions

RX

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Hang squat clean, 50/35 pound dumbells (or 105/75lb barbell)
Handstand push-ups
