12.3 is in the books. That was one of the toughest WODs we’ve ever done. The little “I Want to quit” voice was prevalent throughout! Great work everybody! I’m so impressed by your efforts!

Rocky Point CrossFit has climbed the standings to 24th in Canada West. Viki is #47 in Canada West. Joe is #9 and Nathan is #30! Congrats guys! 2 more WODs to go!

btw, the Regionals will be taking place at the Richmond Olympic Oval April 27, 28 and 29th!
