Classic from Devo plays. You complete single-unders until you hear “You must whip it!” then it’s a double under.

Kettlebell Tabatas (No Measure)

Tabata Kettlbell coach calls out movements: Russian, snatch, goblet squat, orbits, figure 8s etc.

Eva (Time)

5 rounds for time:
Run 800 meters
30 Kettlebell swing, 70# / 53#
30 Pull-ups
RX – We’ll let you use 1.5/1 pood KB

Intermediate: 3 Rounds 1.5/1 pood KB

Fitness: 3 Rounds 35/25lb KB and ringrows
