Running Efficiency Camp


5 Session over 5 weeks – Learn how running is a skill, similar to that of weightlifting and gymnastics. Learn how to improve your technique and mechanics, increasing your capacity and take your running to the next level.


Start: Monday  May 28th, 7:30pm.
Last Session: June 25th, 7:30pm.



  • Learn how improve your running capacity through strategy and conditioning/endurance workouts.
  • Break down the running stride and improve upon the fundamental components.
  • Learn strengthening exercises that support increased capacity to run.
  • Learn the importance of breathing and posture to excel and optimize your running.
