carry your catatonic partner 200m
your partner has to
be limp : )
– teams of two perform the fireman carry
– teams of three perform the two person carry (one person holding the torso while the
other carries the feet)
once the team comes back
all members must complete

3 full round of Cindy each with
one person working at a
time

Note – scaled teams can use medballs instead of partners for weight
