20 Box Steps (24/20)
40 Double Unders or 80 Singles
20 KB Swings (1.5/1)
20 No Push up burpees

There must be one person rowing the entire time. You will have one person at each movement and you cannot move on until your team is done with their movement. The team with the furthest distance rowed is going to be thought of in high regard for the remainder of the weekend.
