Handstand Walk

Yepper. Today’s Workout calls for handstand walks. Traffic control could be an issue! 🙂 The substitute for the handstand walk is a ‘Wall walk“. There will certainly be some traffic issues on the sub. Let’s try and get everyone moving in the same direction and avoid wiping down the whiteboard! 😉

30 Squats
