Rocky Point CrossFit Snazzy RPCF duds available at the gym! So are grimaces, grunts and minor cursing.

If you haven’t heard, the events for the CrossFit Games Regionals have been announced. Check these out! As you know, we have Joe and Nathan competing as individuals in the Men’s competition and Stacey, Viki, Cindy, Ty, Casey and Errol as a team. The Regional’s run April 27, 28 and 29th and the Richmond Oval. Try and make it out to cheer on our gym!
