Today’s Workout:

Today is a “Rest Day”. If you came in everyday for the last 3 days, take a break! Rest days are crucial for recovery and good fitness.

Your choices are:

1. Fran

21-15-9 Thrusters and Pull-ups

2. 10 Minute AMRAP:

30 Double-unders, 15 Power Snatches

3. Cindy or Mary

Cindy – AMRAP 20 minutes: 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats

Mary – AMRAP 20 minutes: 5 Hand stand push-ups, 10 Alternating Pistols, 15 Pull-ups
