I always enjoy considering the collective kilometres covered by the Rowers on days like yesterday. I enjoy it so much……

I’ll have a Cliffhangar sign-up sheet on the community board today. We don’t have a date nailed down, but we’re aiming in the next couple of weeks. Jot down your name if you want to go!

Tough Mudder released the start times and info package yesterday. I did a quick calculation and discovered 14000 people are racing on Saturday!!! Parking is based on your start times. If you are starting in the 8-10 heats, you park directly at the race site. The latter heats park at Whistler and catch a shuttle bus. I am in the early heat and plan on leaving around 4:30AM and driving up. If you need a ride, let me know quick. The Jeep holds 4.

Today’s Workout:

dot.com slated a 2K Swim, 20K Bike and 5K Run. Obviously, we are not doing this at the gym today. Let me know if you manage this one off-site! In it’s place:
