The weekend is on us!

First note: The gym will be closed Monday. If you show up….10KM run in the parking lot. 😉

Note 2: Since the gym is closed, you might as well join us for some White Water Rafting. We’ll meet and carpool from the gym around 10:30AM on Monday. We’re headed to Chiliwack. You must call and register with Chiliwack River Rafting. Say you are in the Rocky Point CrossFit group and make a deposit for everyone you are bringing. If you want to bring friends and family, feel free!!!! Call  1(800) 410 7238 to register.

Note 3: Jen, Ty and Joe will be at the Golden Spike Festival this weekend at Rocky Point Park. Rocky Point CrossFit has an info booth set-up. Drop in, say hello. Show the general public how boss you are by cranking out 50 KB swings without breaking a sweat.

95/65 pound Push press, 12 reps
12 pull-ups
12 One-legged squats/or 24 squats/ Pistol progression allowed

RX

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
115/85 pound Push press, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar pull-ups
12 One-legged squats
