(It’s all fun and games until someone takes their eye of the medball and wakes up looking at the ceiling)


For Time:

400 m Run 30 Back Squats 95 lbs (Fairly light weight. Get the bar to the back of your shoulders with a Clean and Jerk, then ease behind your head. Adjust your grip. Get your ass in the grass.)

400 m Run 20 Front Squats 95 lbs

400 m Run 10 Overhead Squats 95 lbs
