6 week strength and conditioning program to help prepare you for the endurance and obstacle challenges of the Tough Mudder.

This program should be considered as an excellent “entry-level” to Adventure racing and fitness. Are you intrigued with completing such a race? Are you uncertain how to go about preparing for race day? This program is designed for you.

What To Expect:

P1060741The program is a 6 week training regime that will meet once a week at Rocky Point CrossFit. You will learn fundamental strength and conditioning skills that will prepare you physically and mentally for the demands of adventure racing.

We will cover the aspects of:
– Proper Warm-up and post race recovery
– Obstacle prep and conditioning
– Endurance
– How to get thru the race in one piece
