As mentioned, we’ll be operating under limited hours this Friday, Saturday and Sunday as the majority of coaches will be competing and coaching at the Regional CrossFit Games. Try and make it out to the Richmond Oval to support our team and check out some amazing WODs. Bring someone who doesn’t know much about CrossFit so you can explain to them how difficult a Hang Clean is. Wear some Rocky Point gear.
