Take the results list to 1/2 past the hour. Then 15 minutes will be spent practicing the Snatch. Muscle, Power, Squat. Any way you want in order to tackle:


For time:
Snatch 135/95 pounds, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed.
