Overhead Squat with PVC

Bench Press (6-5-5-4-5)

Set 1 X 6 Reps @ 75%
Set 2 X 5 Reps @ 80%
Set 3 X 5 Reps @ 80%
Set 4 X 4 Reps @ 85%
Set 5 X 5 Reps @ 85%
