Today is a “Rest Day”. The weekend had a pair of great WODs. Monday was not a great wod. 🙁

Day 1


Five rounds for time of:

155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

Day 2


Three rounds for time of:

Run 800 meters,
50 Back Extensions,
50 Sit-ups.


Day 3


21-15-9 reps for time of:

Hand-Stand Push-ups, Ring Dips Push-ups
