Enjoying the great weather with outdoor WODs!

Reminder: BBQ at the gym on Saturday at 1PM following the Noon WOD. We’re placing a patty/slider order with Hill’s for the event. Who’s up for a Croc burger? Since we’re supplying the meats, we’d appreciate it if folks could bring in a small side. Like salad, coleslaw, more meat etc. B.Y.O.B. too (The “B” is for Beer. Or Bine. Or Bequila. No Bum though)

We’ll also be be re-stocking the freezer after the unplanned defrost. Stay tuned, we’ll let you know when we’ve got Yak, Kangaroo, Croc and bison. No beef and chicken this time!

There is no 11AM WOD or Noon Yoga this Sunday. Instead, get on down to Rocky Point Park for 9AM for an outside WOD. We’ll be renting paddleboards for 2 hours afterwards. Cost is $25. Please put your name on the sign-in sheet at the gym. Space is limited!
