Every minute, on the minute, do a movement you hate doing. EG, dips, toes-to-bars, double-unders, pull-ups, negatives, wall balls etc etc. Of the minute, work only for 30 seconds. If choose to do a lift, only do 2 reps.
For the walking lunge portion of this WOD, remain in your plot of real estate. Don’t start lunging around a gym full of power snatching bars and weed-whacker double-unders. The coaches will show you a way to lunge on the spot.
